Would you wear these hair accessories?

I'm getting bored with my hair. I've noticed that women don't usually wear hair accessories, but I would like to start. I want something fun and unique. I came across these hair decorations but I'm wondering if they are too much to wear on a daily basis. Should these be worn just to parties and stuff? I would like to wear them once I get my hair braided.

all but the last one i could potentially wear. they're nice and I would seriously consider one but to go so far as to wear them would probably take me well out of my comfort zone. I see a lot of the young people wearing them though.

the last one is a bit too eccentric for my taste

They are pretty, but not for every day wear. They look like great costume/theme party additions.

I would love to wear all of them (except the leather one) on a regular basis, but I'm not that far out of the box of 'standard appearance' to be comfortable in pulling them off. They don't fit into the 'average American appearance' at all - but they are gorgeous, and I'm sure I'd feel gorgeous wearing them.

I'd just get sick of all the double takes/sideeyes/funny looks I'd get while wearing them. :nono:

Yep, this is exactly how I feel. Americans are definitely a lot more laid back when it comes to fashion. I see women in other cultures who are encouraged to decorate themselves from head to toe, but here it would get you side eyed all day long . Unless you are in Hollywood?

Girl, didn't you know? Once you have Hollywood style money, you aren't crazy, you are eccentric/fashion forward/quirky.

Us po' folks is just crazy looking.

I would wear quite a few of them, maybe not to the walmart. but out to dinner or something. The leather ponytail holder looks like it would be easy to wear for no special reason.

I'd wear the ponytail holder too. When I worked on a reservation, I saw similar looks and wore them with my braided styles.

The others are very pretty and if I were a student and younger, I'd rock them. I always was a little different stylewise.

i would wear the feather one for sure....

i say if you like it then do it. why care if others think its "too much" or "out there". do you boo, if someone doesnt like it, they can go play some where else

:lachen: Tell me about it!

Oh definitely not to Walmart! I would only wear those when I bust out my 'ethnic' looking gear! :giggle:

I love them I was looking for the same ones :D pic 5 & 6 but those were like $100 plus

Yea. Nicole's line is expensive. You can find them for cheaper, though.

I really like the ones in the blunt bang pic. I would wear them with a pretty maxi dress and muted makeup. Depending on your personal style, I think they all could work...just not in jeans and T shirt attire.

jeans and a t-shirt could work. just depends on what type of jeans and tee. i think the feather one (that's the only one i like there) could be worn with a rocker or faded tee and skinny distressed or ripped jeans. maxi's work well too. i think they work better with the other ones.the last one is more versatile

and i think it depends on where you live (whether you'd get stares or not). i'm from nyc so people don't really care.

first off where did you find these???

I wear hair candy EVERYDAY! And some of it is over the top (please see my album, though I have not updated in a wile!)

I would weave pretty much all of them. I'm not an earring/jewlery girl but hair candy is a must. My buns are NEVER old!

Etsy.com

yea, I don't wear a lot of jewelry elsewhere so hair accessories are my thing. I'm not afraid to try something new because that's my style. I've set trends before .

I'm about to check out your album!

I really like all of them and would wear them with the right outfits. Watch you will get crazy looks then those same people will be "borrowing" your style :yep: the first one reminds me of the childlike empress from fantasia . I used to want one for myself
