GNC HairSkinNails, Horsetail, or Hair Formula 37?

I just but the first two (forgot the third) and I'm wondering which will provide the most growth AND healthy strong hair. I'm tired of this snail's pace growth and I want healthy looking hair. TIA.

If it were *ME* I would take all three:lachen: , but I'm a pj.

But seriously. I would go for some biotin, a multivitamin, and maybe the horsetail. Never heard of the other two. Can you post the labels from them?

Biotin makes me breakout even when I take a B-complex. I also take Ultra Mega Woman and Flaxseed Oil.

Does anyone know where I can find HF37?

Which one is this (the bolded one)?? This seems like a good alternative. It has the nutrient percentages of biotin+a multivitamin!

Just make sure you increase your water game. These vitamins will break you out if you don't increase your water intake.

Maybe you can take that one, then take some horsetail too.

I've used HF37 and it worked for me. It can take about 30-45 days to see results for some. My hair was thicker, glossier and grew faster during the month. It had a nice effect on my nails too. If I had some extra money for it right now--I'd keep taking it. :)

I have taken HF37 and it has worked for me. The only problem I have with it is the amount you have to take throughout the day, it helped with my skin as well. I also echo what another poster said about Ultra NourishHair instead of HSN.

I dont know much about the GNC hair, skin and nails but I take the Futurebiotics brand of the hair, skin and nails with a horsetail pill and have found great results from it but I think it varies from person to person. Also I'm a fish...I LOVE WATER.:lachen: I take around 8-10 ounces of water PER pill...you have to flush the vitamins into your system for them to really work.

And I too was taking Biotin and it broke my face out like crazy. I was in TEARS from it. I think the dosage was too high I dont plan on going back to it either.
