I know the obvious decision would be to wear a bonnet, but sometimes i dont wanna put it on, and it doesnt stay on anyway. i have a silk pillowcase, and i love the freedom to just lay down

I'm confused. Are you asking if this pillow is ok for your hair? I think you can use any pillow with a silk pillow case. Personally, I think it is a waste to purchase something like this for hair benefits. If you are looking for the skin benefits, thats a different story.

yeah i meant for the skin, but it made me think about what copper does for your hair(the color) i dont even have wrinkles lol, jus thinkin bout hair! i dont think the case is silk or even satin, which is why i asked if it was good to sleep on

I wouldn't sleep on it without a satin or silk pillowcase over it.

I have purchased a silk pillow - it has silk filling in a silk case enclosure (haboti). It has benefits for hair and skin. That is what I would recommend.
