Would the JCPenny Salon be a good place to get highlights?

I wanna get highlights soon but there aren't many salon's in my area...I saw a thread of a LHCFer who went to a JCPenny salon for a relaxer, demi-permanent rinse, etc. and it looked great. Has anyone else had any positive JCPenny salon experiences (other then getting great products there on sale!) or color services done there? Thanks!

Maybe try calling them and ask if they have a color specialist who works there. And if they do, ask if the color specialist is experienced in coloring AA hair (natural or relaxed, whichever is applicable to you).
