Up until a few minutes ago, I had an extremely vague idea of the baggie method. After some members of another board completely shut the whole idea down i just forgot about it until i saw dontspeakdefeat's hair album.

I was like oh.....thats how you do it! I had no idea! Other people made it seem like the jherri curl of the new millenium but the way she did it is so practical. And I can understand why it works so well. The ends are the oldest part of the hair. doing the baggie method literally drenches them in moisture so that the ends are not dry and break off WOW!! I really like this!

I know I know I am so late but i just had to share my joy!

LOL! Yeah our DSD has one of the best instructional albums on the board...and her hair shows all the benefits of her creative approach to hair care. :)

DSD directions and hairpictures were one of the reasons I joined this board. Just looking at her pictures and the way she explained the procedure were so easy and simple to follow. I told her she is one of my hair inspirations!!!

Oh my gosh!!!!She is the reason I joined too...I had a terrible relaxer experience with a stylist and I needed to wear a protective style but my hair was short...And I got on the internet determined to find a solution and I found DSD's album and saw how to do bantu knots, and her and her daughters beautiful hair served as inspiration and proof that her methods worked...I rock bantu's evr'y day now and I use a modified version of the baggie method evr'y night...

DSD's album is the bomb...
