They're pretty quick, I emailed them and they answered instantaneously, they were more than happy to send me samples(I got a response in less than 5 minutes), yeah more stuff to try...and for free...

i think you go to the "contact us" section....theres a form...you dont just send an email from your own address...

I got my stuff from Keracare today, talk about GENEROSITY, I had a sample of everything in their line...looks like I have about a dozen sample sizes of their stuff, boy it's Christmas in July!!!
