This oil is worth the money! But Africa's Best has a multi-oil formula with about 12 different oils, no petroleum or mineral oil and it works just as wonderful as Wonder 8 and cost half the price. I usually find mine at Walmarts or local BSS.

I have only used it on my hair with a mixture of a few cheapie conditioners to do a deep conditioner or to DC overnight. (I found quite a few bottles at a big lots going out of business for fifty cents)............My main purpose for buying it was to use in on my skin b/c I haven't been able to get any pure shea butter (been too lazy to go downtown to get some)

I am afraid to use it alone on my hair as it seems it would be much too heavy.

I use to use this stuff back in the day do flat iron my hair and for shine. It is definately worth the money and smells good too. I don't think it's heavy at all, but I do agree w/Alli Africa's best oil is great also and is very inexpensive at Wal-mart, it smells like baby oil to me, I like it and use it to seal in moisture from time to time.. hth's

LOL - I just bought some yesterday. The fornula has changed over the years - much lighter and not as strong smelling (minty). Has jojoba oil in it so it soaks right in.

I will have to try both the Wonder 8 Oil and Africa's Best. I have been debating over them since I have very thin hair, no were as thick as it was before I had my daughter. Thanks for all the input.

YES! I LOVE IT I LOVE IT I LOVE IT!!

i mix it with my Humecto for a deep condition! i moisturize my hair once and it needs NOTHING for the entire week! i've recently brought the spray cos is smells so BEAUTIFUL. i'm gonna use the spray when i go Jamaica soon. its VERY moisturizing and it smells gorgeous. your strands will be elasticized and personally for my it has gotten rid of my splits ends

Salaam,

I've used this oil in the past, as a matter of fact I still have some. It's great:grin: It adds body and shine to your hair without weighing it down. Well worth it

Ok I have an update, I used the Wonder 8 oil, it is great but a little to heavy for me. I will try it on my step daughter, she has really thick, thick, dry hair. I used Africa's Best Oil what works great for my 5 year old and she loves the smell. I use Hollwood Castor Oil, it has 7 oils total, gives my hair a great shine, my scalp it not dry, is thicker and does not weight my hair down.

Thanks,
LHCF
