Clumping factor- Yes
Texture- 3c mixed with some 4a
Curl size- pencil curls
shrinkage- high percentage 70% (shoulder to ear lenghth)

She would like to do WNGs during the summer months.
Wash, apply moisturizer and some styling product to
a) keep the curls soft and moist (good moisturizer - butters may be heavy for her texture? anything lighter with NO protein?)
b) define the curls (make 'em POP)
c) to elongate the curls

Any suggestions?

Dry it either in a few large twists, in a bun on top of your head...tied back--SOMETHING aside from just leaving it loose! That's just shrink-o-rama otherwise!

I co wash with biolage condtioning balm - and dont rinse out. It's thicker than most condtioners but not as heavy as a butter.

I leave in about 6 twists to dry overnight, this does the trick

Any suggestions?

Hope that helps a little
