tonight I am going to highlight my hair. I purchased the highlighting kit from Walmart. It comes with everything-my only quirk with it is the cap. I have a big ol head with thick hair so this is gonna be a struggle for me to make it fit. Anyway, I am gonna look so cute

If you have thick head of hair I suggest you use foil not a cap. what kit did you buy?
blond or red highlights?

I just love your hair! --Checked out your album-- I am so surprised that you are doing highlights. I am sure they will turn out beautiful !

u sure will look cute! i can't wait to see pics of your highlights! please keep us updated! :yep:

Now why do you want highlight all that pretty black hair???

I can understand though...I went through a highlights phase myself. Good Luck...I can't wait to see it!

I wish for the best and can't wait to see the pictures- I've been considering highlighting my hair myself.

Yeah I was thinking about this, but it seems this method would be too messy for me to do at home. Plus, you get an even distribution with the cap method, but I will see...

I will help you....I think you will be fine Especially ebing that you are natural. As long as you have been keeping up with your protein treatments you should be fine! I did my own color and my hair is still thick as EVER!
I am sure u will look great. What brand color did you get?

Good luck, I personally hate that brand and you to dye my hair htat color to get a bronze like brownish/red. It broke my hair off to the root, but I hope you luck out better.

I also think Dark n Lovely is harsh on the hair. :ohwell: But hopefully it will work out just fine. ;)
