Will They Still Take It Back?

I bought a couple of pricey Phyto products yesterday and tried them this morning. I just wasn't impressed--especially not with the price I paid.

The products were small quantities and about 1/2 the bottle is gone on each. Will the store still take them back? Does Phyto have a guarantee?

Yes--you are smart. I didn't think to call them until after I posted--they said 14 days and products must be at least 1/2 full.

What did you try that you didn't like?

Well,

I tried the Phyto pre-shampoo oil treatment, Phytojoba shampoo, and the regular oil treatment. I didn't feel any moisture in my hair at all from either of the products.

I heard that the PhytoSpecific products were supposed to be really nice. I know Sengschick is our resident Phyto expert.

I don't know which products she uses though, besides the relaxer. I texturized one of our LHCF members with the PhytoIndex 1, and it was wonderful. Some of the PhytoSpecific products came with the relaxer and those were very nice. If you try Phyto again, I would try that line.

Ah, okay..I haven't tried any of those.. just the relaxing balm and 1 thing..can't remember what it's called.. I LOVE their relaxing balm!!! Hopefully you can return them w/o any problems!

I like the Phytosesame conditioner.

Didn't like Phytospecific at all... however, I think it's probably a good product. It reminded me a bit of Mizani, which I think is AMAZING for relaxed hair.

If you're relaxed, I do think Phytospecific is probably the best option because I believe it was designed with the possibility of hair relaxing in mind.

PhytoSpecific is supposed to be for naturally curly, frizzy, or relaxed hair. It worked well on the texturized hair. I hadn't tried it on my own hair yet.

Awww poor SuperGirl /images/graemlins/frown.gif. Phyto just doesn't not work for you /images/graemlins/nono.gif. I'm really starting to wonder why /images/graemlins/scratchchin.gif. I use the regular line, not the PhytoSpecific line (w/the exception of the relaxer). Maybe it's formulated more for your hair type, but I don't even want you to try that b/c I just don't think it's the line for you /images/graemlins/ohwell.gif. Hair is a fickle thing. My hair hates the Joico, so /images/graemlins/ohwell.gif don't bother to read my recommendations /images/graemlins/laugh.gif!

I'm so sorry. If you have any problems w/returns, I'd be happy to trade w/you for the KPak or buy them from you.
