moisturize and seal your hair under the braids

I followed the clown and glory method to moisterize on the growafrohairlong site. It worked for me that way even though I was a tad heavy handed.

I only moisturize my braids daily with a spritz.... I dont seal with oil at least when I have extentions. MY ends are usually protected so I dont see a need.

And the spritz I use is a modified version of that on the crown in glory site as well. I just dilute the infusium more than she recommends.

I use Worlds of Curls moisturizer spray and I baggy at night. I don't worry about sealing.
