Why is my hair soooo tangled?

I recently used a jazzn rinse and when I began to rinse it out and wash, my hair was soooo tangled. I used up all the hot water Was it too coated? The next two washes have been a little (very little) better. I switched up on shampoo thinking that the Keracare was adding to the build up. KC usually helps a lot with detangling, but this is not working at this point. I dont know what else to do. TIA

I would use a gentle clarifying shampoo (Kenra) to remove all buildup and then do a nice deep conditioner with a conditioner that has no silicones like Kenra MC.
