Yes...even grazing SL my friends and family (used to seeing me with damaged EL hair) constantly ask me this. I just tell them that when I'm comfortable enough to do it then I will.

No, but you know what they do ask me? Why do you wear wigs if you have hair? .... and I don't really know the answer to that question but I love me some wigs or a protective style. It's one or the other. I can't tell you the last time I wore my own hair down, unless of course, you count the shower.

Well i have been wearing it down since i had my BKT about two weeks ago, but usually its in a bun. no one at work really asks me when its up, but when i wear it down they always ask why i dont do that more often. When my BFF asks, i just say cuz EVERYTHING has the potential to make my fragile transitioning hair fall out - lol.

The rare times I do wear it down, it usually is not straightened, so then I get, "Why don't you straighten your hair?" Or even worse, "Why don't you cut your hair?" But I can't have my hair out anyway these days; my baby pulls it way too much and tries to chew on it.

this is what i do too, i dont like my hair straight so if i flat iron it put it up but i normally wear wash and go's or braid outs down

It's funny, because I used to always ask my sister this. Until one day, she let her hair down and it was nearly APL (she's had short hair all her life). Well, I stopped asking and now I bun or french roll when I am not in braids.

My daughter just told me this 17 year old guy in school asked her why she wears her hair the same all the time-Which she doesn't but why would he care???He said all the other girls wear different styles and you don't. She said "Yeah and that's why all the other girls don't have hair as long and thick as mine...." I was so proud!
