Why don't lye-relaxers have color signal shampoos?

Why is this? Are lye relaxers easier to wash out or something? Can you still use a color signal shampoo then?

Wow that's a really good question. I always thought it was because they are marketed to professionals who don't need to rely on the color signal.

Sent from my HTC EVO using LHCF. any spelling errors should be blamed on auto-correct.

I've always used Elasta-QP neutralizing shampoo with the color indicator and it works with my Mizani lye relaxers....

Sent from my iPhone using LHCF

There was a time I put all my trust in professionals but not anymore. After I had broken "kitchens" for so long I soon realized its because these "professionals" weren't neutralizing my backs like the rest of my hair which caused damage. Since I've been self-relaxing, my kitchens are thriving.

mine does. i use Mizani Butter Blends neutralizing shampoo. i don't know if the public has access to that though.

Yup,I use the entire Mizani Butter Blends system and its components. The Balance Hair Bath turns pink if there's still relaxer in the hair.
