Hi, I'm new here!

I deep condition around once a month, because that is all I seem to need. Though, I'd prefer to do it under a dryer, due to my laziness I just put on a cap and would wait a few hours before washing it out.

My nieces however need to deep condition atleast once a week, and though going under the dryer for them would be ideal, they do the same as me and just leave it in for a few hours under a cap and it turns out fine.

I deep condition for 30 minutes and let it sit for about 30 minutes to let it cool off and not have to shock my hair. Anywho, I've been doing it this way for over 20 years and have never had a problem with hair growth, it's when I try new things (ehem horse products) that I had issues with my hair balance.
