LOL. I guess it can seem like a lot but, for my hair, it's necessary. I'm too afraid to NOT give my hair extra moisture for the fear that it would dry up and break off.I was just thinking cuz we do ALOT for moisture. We use a leave-in and then we moisturize and THEN we seal... I mean i do all 3 of these things but am i the only 1 that thinks while im doing it "damn this is alot of stuff"

I use straight aloe vera juice as my leave in. It lays the cuticle down and leaves my hair (ends included) feeling smoother than any leave in has EVER felt. That done, my hair still isn't moisturized so that's when I apply my moisturizer which is a shea lotion that I make. I honestly think some companies make moisturizers and call them leave ins.

I agree with the bolded..my most moisturizing leave-in (for my hair) is HE ltr. Recently found out that aphogee keratin can be used on my flat ironed hair (sparingly of course) to keep it moisturized (brittanynic kinda method). Btw how do you apply your aloe juice and is it mixed? With what?TIA.

i have a question regarding leave ins...i use kckt and then seal it with oyin burnt sugar pomade and sometimes evoo but i wonder after i do this and the next day i feel the need to moisturize...i would do the same thing..is the leane in still penetrating the hair? because its starting to seem to me that all i am doing is putting product over product over product. so would i have to constantly wash my hair then use the leave in and seal?
