My hair is going through a weird phase and I pulled this out and used it full strength for a deep condition.

My hair detangled so well!!! This is an oldie but goodie!

I like it too...but got scared when I heard it should not be used too regularly and could do more damage than harm if overused.

But it does a great job getting rid of tangles

I still use it at least twice a month some times I mix it with another conditioner or by itself.
You are right it does detangles well.

I have a big bottle of this stuff and Im still not sure how to use it...lol. I used it once and wasnt sure if it did anything other than detangle but I didnt leave it on very long. someone had a damaged hair remedy that calls for its use for several uses in a row...I was thinking of using that bc Im getting some breakage at the nape and around my edges.

I used some last week according to the damaged hair remedy (aphogee treatment for damaged hair, but I used Keracare Humecto instead of Paul Mitchell Supercharged, and followed up with porosity control)

islandgirl, how is that plan working for u? I might do it after my next touchup(Im all proteined out right now!)

I didnt understand the instructions exactly...does days 2-9 mean everyday or every week(or whatever frequency u wash your hair)?

i did the damaged hair remedy for the past two weekends, but this weekend, I decided just to do a regular moisturizing conditioner. I wash once per a week. I'm sorta afraid of putting aphogee in my hair every weekend. My sister has some Emergencee, I may use that for the remainder of the time. My hairdresser also suggested using aphogee for 6 weeks straight, i don't know, i don't wanna mess it up more than I have already. I'm going to see what she says in August (like if my hair improved), I also need a major trim.

I mix it with whatever conditioner I'm using it and it makes my hair really smooth. This is a big time staple for me.

I use it periodically after one of my regualr conditioners. I would say I've been using it for at least a year now.

I use this off and on. It is wonderful. It makes my hair so silky. Last time I went to buy this. The store only had the shampoo. I past on that b/c I only like the conditioner.
