I'm thinking about buying one. My hair has always been very prone to dryness but it's been extra dry lately. I moisturize at night and in the morning it's still dry as heck. I know the dry heat in my house isn't helping. And I'm getting breakage now:nono:

Anyone seen results from a humidifier?

ME!!! I never thought about it in regards to my hair I use it to help me breathe and keep my sinused in check during the night. My skin benefits as well, no itchy dry skin at all. I can honestly say that I have not had much breakage this winter and my hair does seem to retain moisture I put in. I usually dont have to add anyting until wash day every 4-5 days. It certainly is something to consider

I use one too. It does help with the moisture In my hair as well as my sinuses and skin. My sinuses will go CRAZY if I don't use one. So that was the reason I bought it. But the skin and hair benefits are bonuses.
