I use this stuff when my hair gets dry and I love it now. Has any of you had success using this?

It has a lot of B vitamins as well as other vitamins in it. I could only find the pack with 18 capsules in it but I cannot seem to locate the larger one that has 30 capsules in it.

Well, you have to break the capsule open, squeeze it in your hand and apply it to your hair. Leave it in. It doesnt have oil in it. you don't take these orally.

I purchased the 5.5 oz bottles of the ProVita. E for spit ends(pink color) and ProVita, B5 instant repair (purple) after I read some members here were happy with it. I've only used it on a small section of hair while I was in the store. It made my hair in that area feel sooooo soft and smooth so of course I purchased it. Due to the "cone" in the ingredients I will use this mindfully (I'm cone sensitive) when I use it again...ie. will use it a day or 2 before I shampoo.

Hey homegirl(?)

Laketta, thanks for the compliment. I don't mind, I think it's an honor.

I checked your photos. You have such nice, soft looking hair!

Well it took me a year to get there. I started transitioning in late october 2002 and cut off the last of my perm in june so that is all natural pressed hair but I am trying torecover from a bad trim from last week.

Now I'm jealous, nice, soft, natural hair.

That's something, at present, I only can dream of having.

Trim mishap: Well you can say, at the least, no dead ends for you.

Every cloud has a silver lining. Just don't let her near your hair again with scissors.

I've used this brand of capsules and the serums in the bottles..I used a couple different formulas--I can't remember exactly which ones were the best but I know I really liked the split ends one. As I recall they were pretty nice.
