I wanna know a few things.

1.How long have you been using it?
2.What changes have you noticed?
3. How much did you pay?
4. Would you buy it again?

It wasn't me because I don't have a fotki, but I do use this vitamin.

I've been taking it daily for about three months. It has a slight fruity taste and typical vitamin smell, not bad at all. I take one capful everyday. I can't say exactly what changes I have seen as a result of taking it, because I also take others as well - biotin, flaxseed, msm, glucosamine, l-cystine, b-complex, c-complex, and spirulina. I can say that my hair is growing faster and is in better health than it has ever been inmy life. My skin is also very beautiful, if I do say so myself (and I do).

I like the liquid form mostly because i already take so many pills and becausemy doctor says it absorbs faster and more completely than pills.

I will definitely continue to buy it, and I paid $26.95 for 30 ounces.

I've been using this on and off for about 2 years.

I like it alot.

1.How long have you been using it? On and off for about 2 years. Only off when I run out and don't get a chance to buy a new bottle.
2.What changes have you noticed? Just feel better overall when I take my multivitamin regularly. This is the only vitamin that I take.
3. How much did you pay? About $30 for the bottle. Don't remember the size but I think there is only 1 size.
4. Would you buy it again? Yep! I'm hooked. For a liquid vitamin it tastes pretty good.
5. When did you begin to notice your changes? I notice increased energy right away. When I take it at night right before bed I definitly wake up more energized. At first I thought it was a mind over matter thing but after 2+ years I am certain that it is not. For the most part I do not wake up groggy after taking the vits the night before no matter how little sleep I get.


Overall I give it an A- (a minus because I cannot see a direct correlation with increased hair growth)

I used it for a couple of months. I really liked it, but I just found it too expensive to use regularly. I have switched to a cheaper tablet alternative with a similar vitamin/mineral profile - County Life "Maxine" vitamin with iron.

I pay about 25 bucks as well from a store called Better health. That store and VitaminShoppe both have better prices online but I always wait until the last minute so I can't wait... This last month the whole house switched to Nature's Plus vitamins and a Acidopholus for the baby.

I was looking in the same fotki today. It was Lady Lioness's fotki. OMG her hair has grown so much. Im gonna buy some this wkend because Ive read nothing but great reviews on amazon. Im not particularly getting it for hair growth, Im buying it cuz I really need some energy throughout the day. But if I get some faster hair growth, hey, I wont me mad.
