I use it. It's just like using olive oil. I use it as a carrier to dilute my essential oils.

I use it in a oil spritz for my daughter's hair. I use this mixed with castor & almond oils and rosewater & spring water. Hope that helps.

I use grapeseed mixed with tea tree oil on my scalp. I'm dealing with alopecia, my Dr. swears that mixture helps to reduce scalp irritation. So far, so good!

Hi Sweetpeadst - My regimen has completely changed from what's in my album. Here's what I'm using now:

Deep Conditioner:
Motions CPR (once a week)

Hot Oil Treatment:
Queen Helene Jojoba (this is definitely a keeper - I use it once a week)

Leave Ins:
Grapeseed Oil
Redken Anti-Snap (just a pea-sized amount for my whole head)
Back To Basics Sunflower Spray

Kedra

I LOVE grapeseed oil. When applied with to my damp hair with leave-in conditioner, it would always leave my hair feeling so soft and moisturized. It worked best when I mixed it with an old product I used to use (911 Emergency). It's been a while since I've used it b/c (a.) I'm in a sewn in weave (b.) I haven't relaxed since July of last year. My hair is pretty much under constant protective styling...I think I may just try some today though, I found a 1/2 bottle under my skin just a couple days ago. I was this close to using it but applied some Rosemary oil instead:)

Sometimes I use a tiny bit of grapeseed oil as a face and body moisturizer. It's supposed to have lots of minerals, vitamin E and lipids, but not as heavy as olive oil....all good for the skin. I alternate between grapeseed oil and Curel extra moisturizing lotion.
