Or is this a forbidden question?

If your brave...you'll identify yourself . Do you agree or disagree with any of the suggests that people give on this site? Do you think you get a bad rap?

I am one and I agree with alot of what is said on here.

I don't really get a bad rap because I belive alot of the the horror stories told on this board are true. But I'm sure many of you realize that we are all not unprofessional and uneducated with respect to healthy hair. There are some that only care about the money and will sell you any service no matter how detrimental it is to the health of your hair and there are those like me and some of my co-workers who will give advice when we feel neccessary and will not do anything that will cause problems for the health of your hair.

Reading this site I realize how much of an issue people have finding a good stylist especially black stylist. In my opinon most are reallly skilled at hair styling. . weaves press and curl etc as opposed to health. I'm more of a basic stylist hair color cut, roller set blowdry anything else is beyond my skills. .

I think my co-worker (manager) is one of the good ones she has about 10 years of experience and a good clientle with healthy hair from short pixies to below bra strap she does the basics like me she doesnt' really do weaves or crazy hairstyles and she will not do anything to compromise the health of her clients hair I've heard her plenty of times tell a couple of her clients that if they wanted (insert chemical service) to go to somone else because she felt their hair wasn't in good shape to take it.
