Who is the November Feature of the Month?

Usually you can narrow it down to who hasnt updated their album in a while too. Like for instance Supergirl (even though she was FOTM) but if she was never FOTM before I wouldnt guess her because she updated her album a few days ago. It wouldnt make sense to post album updates knowing that your're going to be FOTM in a few days. Thats my formula lol /images/graemlins/smile.gif
