WHO HAS GRAYS?

As in my HAIR? I have a fair amount - maybe 15%. I wear them proudly. God made all this awesome stuff ;-)

Whoa, I just had this conversation with another co-worker less than fifteen minutes ago in the lounge.

She uses the stick to cover up her grays, and said sooner or later she'll be using the stick all over her head if they don't stop multiplying.

I have two in my hairline now, and about four or five near the crown of my head. I used to pull them out, but I stopped doing that now. Sometimes it bothers me, sometimes it doesn't. If I have somewhere special to go, I put a rinse in my hair.

I dye the hell outta them!
That's one of the biggest reason's I stopped wearing braids. The greys were coming in faster than I rebraid my hair and were poking out through the braids!

I spotted one yesterday right at the crown when I was washing my hair.
I have spotted grey hairs since I was like six years old, but I guess they dissapered as I got older. My FH is only 25 and he has a small little patch of salt n pepper grey hairs in the front. I don't know but on men I think it is SEXY

I didn't know that grey hairs could dissapear, but I guess I'm not alone because Vester said hers disappeared too

I dye my hair regularly. That's the only solution when it's reached this point of about 20-30% grey hair.
I only dye the new growth though to save the ends from drying and damage.
Oh, how I wish I could get my natural hair color back! It was sooo pretty, but I don't think I'll ever see it again unless one of my future children gets it :ohwell:

I probably have a few. I've found a few last year. And my first when I was 17... damn genetics! Although, it could be stress because there were a few years I didn't see any.
I pull them out.

I'm 21 and I have about 5 at the back, I like them, but now that i dye my hair red, it becomes a kind of sutle orange colour. It's genetic and they are more white than grey.

I have so much grey it's depressing but I'm too chicken to do anything about it. I took a pic of my bun for my album and nearly passed out from how much grey I have becuase I knew about the ones in the front but not the back. Don't want to deal with the hair dye and grey roots showing bit so I suffer...Can't I just take a pill??? (jk)

I have alot of grey and I don't dye my hair. I use shimming lights poo to make them shine. I hate seeing women with brassly or dull grey. I have heard of women with unruly grey but mine is nice and soft.

I have one so far that I can see, but I am going to be 31 this year, so I know they will be creeping in soon.

That one I dyed with Bigen Oriental Black, but about 1 inch of it has grown in.

I am going to keep my Bigen on hand. When I get lots - I am going to color them!.

I have a patch right at my hairline in the front. I used to pluck them, now I use Clariol's Root Touch-up (I like), just on this area because they stand out and . I have several throughout my hair (4-5?) and I use a rinse every 4-6 weeks for these.

If I had a patch or a streak, I would be cool with that, but mine is scattered all over and it looks OLD. I am not old enough to look old, so they have to go, at least until ALL my hair is grey, then I intend to silver it.

I don't have any. Too young I guess. But I would make them pop if I had them. Make them stand out so people are like wow..she is working those greys..thats HOT! hehe

Ohhh, sorry, but there is no such thing as "too young" lol!!
I've had grey since I was 20, my dad was BORN with 5 of them, I saw a little boy looked about 6 years old at Burlington Coat Factory a month ago with a patch of grey hair at the front of his afro!!

hOW DO YOU DEAL?

It's a struggle. Constant color rinses. And, my gray is in the FRONT, so there is no hiding it. I have had nightmares with everything from having GREEN HAIR (after swimming in a pool) to having YELLOW highlights (which was really my gray covered with a light brown rinse) to learning to mix a color with a red base to avoid this. ;)

I have a streak of grey at the front of my hair (it's genetic, my aunts have them too). Had it since I was a senior in high school. :ohwell:
I dye that sucka every 4 weeks!
Someday I'll just let the natural grey shine through, but I'm not ready for that yet.

I'm 22, I've had them since I was born...there are times when there are alot and there are times when they seem nonexistent....I've never dyed my hair.

i have a patch of gray...its like a birth mark..but its right in the same place...my mom says that u can tell when my hair is growing because that patch of gray hair gets longer...its in the back...and everyone that i go to(stylist) always ask me about it...

I've had grey "streaks" at my temples since late teens -- genetic on my mother's side, they all (ha, we all!) grey early -- and I've never used color and I'm now in early 40s with about 30% grey which is rapidly advancing each day. . .

I've embraced my grey (probably because too lazy to do the extra care and work required if I relax and color!!). All I do for my grey is use special blue/purple poo's every 4 to 6 weeks to make them really shine and stand out. Currently use nexxus simply silver 'poo to really make my grey BLING -- someone even asked once what "color" I used to streat my hair!

im 23 yrs old and I am starting to gray. I have been picking them out so far and my highlights has helped hide them a bit.

I'm kind of looking forward to seeing my hair turn. I've only found a few random strands (which, for the most part, I leave alone), but I love the color. My "gray" hairs tend to be either pure gold or pure silver. Believe it or not, they almost look metallic.

I have a patch of gray that I call my skunk patch. I inherited it from my father. When I bcd, my hair stylist couldn't believe it. It is gray down the whole entire patch. It started at age 16.:ohwell: I feel so old....I'm only 33.
