Who does Nexxus Emergency weekly?

Let me knw if any one out there uses Nexxus Emergency weekly, and how do you use it. Also what benifits do you get from it being done weekly....

I hope no one is using it weekly....Protein overload causes breakage....I wouldn't suggest using it more than every 2 weeks only if it is needed

I tried Aphogee's moisturizing shampoo and I found it to be too harsh. I just trashed it. And since my hair love moisture and more moisture, I had to stay away from harsh products. Using their shampoo AND conditioner may just be too much.

Yeah I have this stuff and I love it. But it's definitely a hard core protein treatment and unless your hair is severely damaged you likely dont need it every week. You should use it 1-2x a month the most and make sure that you follow the directions with it too as you're supposed to wash once with Nexxus Therappe shampoo (which is essentially a moisturizing shampoo) and then follow with a moisturizing DC. That's how strong of a protein treatment it is.

Maybe you should figure out how often your hair needs it and follow in the rest of the weeks in between with moisturizing treatments. And if you think you still need some protein sparingly maybe use products that contain gentler forms of it like Silk Amino Acids. That's what I've found have worked the best for me.

I've used Keraphix as a light protein weekly. But emergencee is too strong to use on a weekly basis.
