I do conditioner washes. My regimen is to wash my hair with conditioner mixed with glycerine 6 days a week and once a week with shampoo. I only comb my hair in the shower under the water. I started to do the ACV rinse once a week also. After Im done in the shower i apply on my wet hair mixture of infusium 23,glycerine, and activator. Then I apply a little bit of wheat germ oil throught out my hair and a little bit of conditioner. After that I put my hair into a pony tail i then spray some s curl on the ponytail, then I add some vasailine, and the a thick deep conditioner to the pony tail. I then twist my hair into a bun and put some plastic wrap on it. I'll wear my head band wig over that. Through out the day. I also spray my hair with a mixture of glycerine and water.
I wear my hair in protective styles 100% of the time. I do the bun method for 2 months and the I put extensions in for 2 months. I have been doing this for 1year and 2mths now and have achieved alot of growth.
I have relaxed 4a/b hair and do conditioner washes between everyday/every other day depending on my mood. During the beginning of the week I normally wash with pooand deep condition with my mayo cond. and then for the rest of the week I alternate between Garnier minute masque, VO5, Suave Humantent(?, Aphogee balancing moisturizer, & the Body Shop Brazil Nut deep conditioning treatment (I highly recommend this they are on sale for 2 for $12)
I am 4a/b and relaxed. I condition wash every other day, shampoo once a week and rinse with distilled watter on the days i don't wash. I use olive oil and shea butter to hot oil treat my hair twice a week and deep condition on the day that I shampoo. I wear a bun, french twist or braid out mostly. I never use heat on my hair except to deep condition.
I use Protectiv Long and Healthy while wet for moisture and Break Free to detangle and as a leave in and style. So far with this routine and supplements I grew an inch in a month. This has also stopped my breakage and helped me maintain length.
i just get in the shower wet hair ...condition hair then wash it out..put in sta sof fro..profectiv break free..mango butter and africas best oil..i don't do anything big just condition and thats it.
I wash with shampoo at least once a week, but I do conditioner washes about twice a week. When I do these I wash with my V05 conditioners rinse, put in more vo5 and lightly rinse to leave some of it in. I get out of the shower, spray with leave-in, apply my hair milk and mango butter and put in a bun.
I was using Keracare Humecto conditioner for the past 2 months...but I recently switch to Kenra. Eventually I will switch to Aubrey's GBP conditioner...and stick with it.
I wash my hair with the Kenra every day in the shower after my workout with warm water. I leave the conditioner on while I am washing, then I rinse it out with cool water. After that...I spray my hair with distilled water, and oil it with Vatika Coconut Hair oil while it's wet. I let it air dry. Conditioner washes have helped my hair a great deal. My last relaxer was in December...and my edges are still smooth.
i normally dont but i have been doing a modified con wash since my touch up last week because of my hair and the gym and sweat (blah, blah, blah) in the shower i rinse out my hair for like 5 minutes then i use Suave Coconut con rinse and VO5 strawberriesNCream and rinse sqeeze out water and pat dry with towel apply SmoothNShine hair polish and i'm done--i'm actually sitting up here in a ponytail with a scarf tied around my crown drying as i type this (did a con wash this morn)
I conditioner wash my 4a/b hair 6 nights a week so that my hair isn't soaking wet when I go out in the morning...On conditioner wash days I apply Pantene dry & damaged conditioner;sometimes I'll add a little Queen Helene Placenta oil (cold) for slip. Then I detangle my hair in the shower as I'm rinsing it out. I'll then moisturize with S-curl, use Profective anti-thinning on my hairline & Profective healthy ends on my ends; about twice a week I'll apply hot 6 oil right after putting the S-curl spray on my hair to seal in more moisture.
I go to the gym Monday, Wednesdays and Thursdays and do conditioning washes on those mornings after I am done. I use whatever conditioner didn't make the cut for after shampooing purposes. This week it is Elasta QP Intense. I then rub on Stay Sof Fro and Vitapointe for sealing in the moisture and wearing it in a bun.
