For their help and suggestions which help your regimen:
Names and techniques OR products!

Isis for just sharing her album. Her hair is my ultimate goal. And for her bringing all the interesting threads to lhcf. I am healthier because of her. :)

Sylver2's scarf method and stretching techniques.

Lockoflov for her combing out the tangles technique. Big comb and little comb.

This is off the top of my head. I'll be back with more.

Also Sista and Candy for letting me jock their regimens! I love them for that. Babygurl for the baggying jock.

NyCutiePie, a 4b who suggested silicon mix! Thank you mama!

I agree! I do have to point out Isis  though , if it weren't for her directing me to look at my iron levels...who knows what may come about with my health in general! Now that I am taking iron it will be interesting to watch...

Isis because i love and want her hair! we have a similiar texture and her regimen inspired me to do a 6 month bun challenge (which i stretched to 9 months) and my hair is absolutely thriving!! And she showed me that i did not need heat to style my hair. Thanks Isis!
Others are:
LondonDiva and Den1 introduced me to MSM, which i have been using consistently for about a year.
SistaSlick because i now know how to balance protein/moisture into my regimen.
Sareca and VWVixxen for henna threads, I hardly shed a hair now:lol:
and recently Gymfreak & MissMadaam and Darkempress because between that porosity control and Jamaican black castor oil my ends are finally behaving.;)

I like Kinikakes,Candy C and Bubblnbrnsuga because they seem to always have something interesting to say or suggest.
But i honestly picked up a lot of "odds and ends" from damn near everyone on the site. Thanks ladies:)
