I have oils ad BT and everything but i have to co-wash daily or wet my hair so i really dont get a chance to use them. with that said im looking for some pills that do the same thing as the growth aides.

I also used Biotin and MSM, but I would also recommend Nioxin hair vitamin and GNC Hair Nourish or something like that.

I've heard a lot of good things about the hairfinity hair vitamins, I'm going to order some this weekend

I just started taking MSM. I'll let you know how that goes in a month or two.
