which is more effective horsetail tea or horsetail tablets?

Does of you using horsetail in your regiement. Did you get quicker results using horsetail supplements(tablets) or drinking the horsetail tea?

I can't answer this one just yet... I've been taking the pills for about 3 weeks, so far my results have been good with the pills. lots of new growth

Hmm, I just read this article, so horsetail may not be as safe as previously thought.

I did hear that drinking the tea for extended periods was unsafe, and it was better suited to be used as a rinse on the hair.

I've been taking horsetail supplements for about 2 months and I realllly don't see much difference..... Unless I see something miraculous when I relax next weekend I'll finish this bottle and trim supplements to biotin and multi vitamins only.
