Weekly flatironing on airdried hair, or weekly pressing on airdried hair?

I say weekly flatironing on airdried hair, because you can keep more control of the amount of heat you need if you have a good ceramic flatiron w/setting and steam to add moisture.

I agree with this, though it's like asking which is the lesser of two evils IMO. Had neither been an option, I would have chosen it. ;)

flatironing.

I would not be able to stretch my relaxers w/o it.

Actually my hair has never been so healthy since I started stretching and using heat just once a week.

Thanks for the responses ladies. Cincysweet, I have to use some form of heat in my hair after airdrying or else I would be running around looking crazy. I'm thinking about tranisitioning, but I would also love to keep the straight look while I'm doing so.
