Which ingredients are proteins?

I want to avoid stuff that makes my hair hard, stiff or crunchy. What scientific, long ingredient names mean protein?

You should look for aminos, wheat, keratin, and I think hydrolyzed ingredients as forms of protein. However, keep in mind that not all of these will make your hair hard.

**I'm sure there are others, but these are the ones that I know of.
