Kenra, Elucence and Deep Brilliance and run for their money????

Or do any exist?

I haven't tried any of those, I wish I could do a comparison. Anyway, I pile on Pink Lotion's Revitalex Conditioner and it gives me nice slip, and so does Garnier's Conditioner for Dry/Damaged hair.

Wow, I just realized I only have one cheap conditoner. I love Jason Natural's Sea Kelp. It is 3.99, for 16oz, moisturizing, and very thick. Every other conditoner I have is a salon quality product. I also like the jason sea kelp shampoo.

Tracy, would you mind listing which salon conditioners you have and which ones you like the best? The Jason Sea Kelp products are on my to-try list.

I've been eyeing those commercials.

I finally broke down and purchased Elucence this morning from Belk's hair salon. Oh my! I love this shampoo and conditioner. It is, by far, the best shampoo and conditioner I have ever used. I wished I had purchased this months ago. I am cleaning my cabinet out today! They also had the Kenra, but the stylist was very informative and nice and suggested I try the Elucence first. She had nothing but raves for this line. She pointed out how well it moisturizes her natural hair. For me, there is no comparison amongst the cheaper conditioners. The only conditioner that makes my hair feel anywhere near to the Elucence is Neutrogena's Detangling conditioner and it is $5.99 for 6fl oz. And believe me when I say, I have tried some conditioners, especially as of late. Suave Milk and Honey gives a decent slip. Neutrogena's Triple Moisture line is nice as well and works well on my hair. Would I use them before Elucence if I had them all in front of me? No.

For me, Aussie Moist conditioner does. I've heard that there is a new formula and I haven't tried that yet. They have revamped their whole product line.

pantene r&n
Motions moisture plus
salon care honey and almonds conditioner (old formula)
vo5 balsam n protein, extra body or fruity conditioners
there are others that i liked and loved on my hairsite.

Anky- Can you tell me more about the VO5 balsam and protein. I've been thinking thtat since it is the balsam in CON that gives the slip that this conditioner will provide great slip as well.

Herbal Essence Intensive Conditioning Balm

I like to mix it with Suave Tropical Coconut to make my hair very soft and easier to detangle.

I have only tried Kenra but I love Cream of Nature Nourishing Conditioner and Jasons Sea Kelp.

Jen Jen, are you gonna try Elucence? I remember reading on the off topic board that you try to avoid coming here so you wont buy stuff

... I see its not working

creme of nature shampoo
tresemme conditioners
Aubrey stuff (im too poor to go organic)
Ultrasheen setting lotion
kenra shampoos (made me itch like crazy)
elasta qp mango butter (grease works better)

I used Dudley's and Mizani's Shampoo and Conditioners but the cheap products are the ones that my hair and wallet love. CON shampoo in the white and green bottle with the yellow top and LeKair Cholesterol plus aloe formula for extra dry hair works beautifully on my hair.

I will never go back to using expensive products on my hair except for my relaxer. The cost is just to high for less product that doesn't work any better than the products I can buy at my BSS. Just my opinion.

Hey Jen,

I have:
Abba Moisture Scentsation Conditioner (very creamy, moisturizing)
Abba True-Mint Lite Conditioner(Makes the scalp tingle)
Biolage Detangling Solution (Best detangler I own)
Kenra Moisturizing Conditioner(most moisturizing)
Nexxus Humectress Conditioner (nice leave-in)
Redken All Soft Heavy Cream (not repurchasing!)
Sebastian Suedeluxe Reconstructor (light protein)
Sebastian Laminates Conditioner (conditoner wash)

I really like kenra, biolage, and will continue to repurchase those.

ITA.

I've also had good luck with:
<ul type="square"> [*]J/A/S/O/N Vitamin A, C &amp; E conditioner [*]Herbal Essences' Fruit Fusions Hydrating Conditioner for Dry/Normal Hair [*]Suave Professionals Conditioner, Humectant [/list]

I say Garnier Fructis is the best least expensive conditioner...... Thanks to Karonicas advice I tried it and have been using it ever since. It makes my hair very moisturized and the strands very strong.
