Where to buy Arosci Relaxer Online??

Hi ladies. I know a few of you are using the Arosci texturizer strength relaxer. I'm having the hardest time finding a place that sells it online and doesnt require a license. Please help. Thanks!!!!

I bought mine from a seller on eBay - who sells random thingd. I agree it's hard to find - that's why I am switching S-Curl lye in the big 16 oz. jars.
