It seems as if all the shops are egyptian and they don't do the rollersets. Where are the real rollersetting DOMINICAN shops. I am back on my healthy hair band and I want a rollerset!!!!!!!!!!

Egyptian salons cater to black hair? Sorry, but I never even heard of an egyptian salon.

Have you tried a search? Sometimes, at least here, the salon may have "Dominican" in their name. Like "Maria's Dominican Salon"

I don't know if there is a Hispanic community in Chicago, but you can see if they know where one might be. I contacted the Hispanic Business Association in Detroit and that's how I found one (random...I know).

HTH:grin:

I'd like to kno too...all i hear about are Eyptian shops like Osama's. Nobody knows any?

Sorry I don't know the name of the shop or the phone number. She used to work at Ella y El on Armitage but she moved to this new shop. She will do a wonderful job on your hair.

Maybe you can try to get the number from smartpages or something with the address. Or just stop by, depending on what side of town you live on.
