I went in to buy a bottle of MSM but found that the GNC Ultra NourishHair contains 500 mg of MSM and you supposed to take 2 tablets per day. That seemed like a better deal to me than purchasing the MSM alone.

I got mine from this local health food store here in Indy. I can't think of the brand but I'm sure it's one that I had seen in Wild Oats back home. I take it for my hair, skin, and my bad knees and ankles. I had fractured my pelvic bone in two places I think the MSM helped.

Do you take both the MSM and the GNC Ultra NourishHair together? Have you seen any positive results? Oh, I just noticed that you also use MTG so you probably won't be able to tell results from the supplements versus that from the MTG.

I just bought some Country Life MSM with sulfur from a whole foods store. I have only been using this less than a week, hopefully I will start to see some skin benefits in a couple of weeks.
