Your best bet is to look for over the counter anti-fungal products available in the country where you are based.

For example, Monistat is not available in the UK and the equivalent Canesten doesn't have MN as the active ingredigent. However, Dakaritin does have MN (although only in 2% formulas).

BTW, many people have good if not better results with 2% MN (e.g. no headaches).
