Where can I get Flax oil liquid???

I having been taking the softgels and I am not really noticing any effects...and from previous threads some individuals recommended taking the actual oil form for faster results. Sooooooooo does anyone having brand recommendations and where I can purchase the oil the form. Thanks in advance! *smooches*

just make sure, whatever brand you get, that it is refriderated and not from off the shelf - especially liquid. I use Spectrum

I get mine (spectrum brand) from the organic foods section of my local grocery store or the health food store. The liquid hits the system quickly. I take two tablespoons a day either alone or mixed with oatmeal.

ETA: But I'm currenlty taking 3000mg of the gel tablets and I've seen results. How many mgs of the gels were you taking?
