Where can I find Joboa oil?

I've never heard of joboa oil. I googled it. Did you mean jojoba? If so you can get that at Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Kroger, Walgreens, and CVS.

I've gotten it at Sally's before, that was years ago. I sometimes saw it at Walmart but that was years ago as well. Health food sores will have it.
