do like the grocery store request.......ask your local salon shop, beauty supply store, independent store owners to stock.....they can probably buy it cheaper in bulk and then resale it so that customers can purchase it?
cause if they see there is a popular demand then maybe they will provide this opportunity for a potential repeat customer ........or ask

There's a spot on Covington Hwy that sells it. I can't call the name of it. If you were travelling towards the Farmer's Market, it's on the right hand side - it's like one of those Int'l Food Markets as well. They have it in a glass case in the front near the registers. I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the place.
