Where are you guys keeping your oils and butters?

I just picked up some coconut oil yesterday.
I left it siting in front of my computer screen all day and half of last night.

I was reading a post and picked up the jar and it sounded like it was full of water

I opened it up and it had all but melted.
I set it in the window seal and to become solid again.

Where are you guys keeping your butters and oils?
