Do you rinse your hair first before applying the oil or do you just put it on dry hair? Also, do you warm the oil first or do you use it at room temperature?

Hi

Apply it to dry hair. You can either warm it up or put on a plastic cap and sit under the dryer for about 15-20mins

i use castor oil and i put it on dry hair the nite before and put a thin plastic cap on or on dry hair w/ heat and plastic cap for 15-20 mins.

Hey,
I usually apply all my oils to dry hair, then use a plastic cap under the hooded dryer anywhere between 15-45 minutes. I think you get the best results this way.

Thanks ladies. I wasn't sure I was doing it in the most beneficial way. I tried warming the oil last week. It took me a long time to get the oil throughout my hair. By the time I was halfway done, the oil had cooled. I was wondering if it was even worth to try to heat the oil. :(
