When you about to use direct heat what conditioner do you use for moisture?

Just wondering ladies when you know you are about to use the forbidden "direct heat" either blow dryer or flatiron or both.. What conditioner do you use to keep your moisture level up and it actually works EVERY TIME and little to zero breakage is spotted?

typically when i deep condition (ors pak, miss keys 10en1, or salerm wheat germ mask)it does the job. but as for quickie conditioners....i'll have to say maybe HE hello hydration. But no matter what conditioner i use when i know i will use direct heat...i still have to moisturize with other products

For me it is KeraCare Humecto (used with heat)

Affirm 5 in 1 Reconstructor followed by KeraCare Humecto or Elucence MB Conditioner
- or Decca Plus Satin Deep Conditioner followed by KeraCare Humecto or Elucence MB Conditioner. I always use a protein-based deep conditioner followed by a moisturizing conditioner before using direct heat and a week before re-touches.
