Breakfast :1 egg
1 Cup of oats
1 Cup of green tea
Multivitamin and Iron pills
Lunch: Puffed wheat
Nettle tea
1 orange or apple
2 Biotin pills
1 MSM
Dinner: Fish
Spinach (raw)
Veggie juice
1 Flax seed and 1 fish oil pill
Midday 1 Evening Primrose
1 GNC ultra nutra pill
Drink 2 litters of water a day. Avoiding unhealthy foods.
Hair Care
Once a week Pre poo: CON conditioner and grapeseed oil let sit for 1 hour
Shampoo: with Con (green label)
Deep conditioner: lekair shea butter,honey and soybeean oil sit for another hour
Leave in : NTM silk touch
Airdry
Mornings: I will use the Max Grow sulphur grease(hear good reviews)
Nights: I have been using a mix of Coconut oil, caster oil, vit E, peppermint oil and rosemary oil. I massage this in my hair for 2 min and then sleep on my new satin pillow case that I treated my self to.
Above all prayer. I will keep you all updated. My hair has already started to grow.
