Well I get in the shower and work the shampoo in my hair, then I rinse and shampoo again.

I use mayonnaise as a pretreatment and if I don't do it this way, my hair is hard to detangle.

I pre-poo (warmed DDTA & coconut oil) when I feel my hair needs more moisture.

I rinse, then shampoo
