when is it okay to wash?

is it okay to CO wash or maybe rinse my hair after getting a relaxer on saturday?
or can i use a neutralizing shampoo to wash?

Of course you can wash your wash. Why wouldn't you be able to? The only caveat some people might give is not to use a protein conditioner because it might revert your hair some, but the jury still out on that.
