okay....and you just massage it onto your scalp or on your hair too?? also, do you leave it in for a little bit and then rinse, or do you just rinse it right out?

I just pour the rinse on, massage into scalp a little and let it sit for a minute or so then rinse it out and proceed to condition.

Does anyone mix the baking soda in their shampoo? I mixed some baking soda with my shampoo and added some distilled water. My hair has been so moisturized, I didn't put any products in my hair afterwards, just leave in conditioner.

no, ive never tried that! that'll be next for me....

recently ive been just making the mixture in a spray bottle and massaging it into dry hair before i shampoo....

I mix some baking soda w suave clarifying shampoo first, concentrating on my scalp. Then add suave clarifying shampoo to my hair. Rinse, follow up with con.
This is what works for me.

I used baking soda/water in place of shampoo. I just put it in a spout bottle...massage well into scalp...leave in for a couple of minutes...rinse well...then deep condition.

Me!!! I added baking soda, ACV and lime juice to my clarifying shampoo and also to my VO5 kiwi and lime conditioner. It leaves my hair very shiny and my hair absorbs the styling aids much better.
