What do you do in this instance? For example, if you want to relax every 3 months, but your permanent color needs to be touched up in 2. Is it true that you always have to color AFTER you relaxer?
 
Yes, the relaxer will have an easy time eroding your already-stripped hair (speaking from experience). Do relaxer first, then color.
