OMG I took a shot this morning and within 30 minutes I was in the bathroom at work giving it up. Ladies please be careful... unfortunately I hadn't read where ur supposed to take it on an empty stomach AND wait another hour before eating 
. I took the shot at 10:30am and now I am just beginning to feel right again (it is now 1:00pm).I read about the overall benefits and I want to incorporate it into my regimin for growing LHH but ummmmm that was just TORTURE, I am def going to try it again....on my day off.
Just thought I'd let u guys know.
