Wheat Germ Oil

Is anyone taking it, or has taken it, our used it on their hair, I used it on my hair but only and few times, I just started back using it, My hair has become thinner and my mother said that it would have, I have Viobin, its rich in vitamin E, and am also using in on my ance scars,

I use pure wheat germ oil in my pre-shampoo treatment sometimes--usually mixed with some conditioner that I don't regularly use. I've even mixed it with a crushed avocado before and used it as a pre-shampoo treatment.

Sending in my vote for wheat germ oil. It is great for dry, brittle ends. I've used the Viobin, but I prefer wheat germ oil which is not as grainy. That's the one thing I don't like about that oil...the smell of the unrefined...a bit strong.

Wheat germ oil is also excellent for internal use, too!
It certainly feeds your hair from the inside out, too!

I wish I could offer some advice but I JUST started using Salerm wheatgerm and can't gauge its success so far. I'll let you know if I see any positive results, though.

i like this just like olive oil or any other oil, but the smell nearly killed me! got mine from a health food store and maybe that's why it was so, SO strong!

its really strong,I used alittle, (cap full) in my hair,last night and I dont smell now, but I know when I drink it, I was have a after taste, and some burping
