i initially had an "oh no" reaction when my sister said she was getting a mohawk (or fauxhawk)... but once it was done, it was actually cute... all cornrowed up the sides with curls all across the top... and i was surprised at how long it lasted considering she does NOT take care of her hair (she'll learn) ...

It's been revitalized in NY for at least the past year and a half. During my last year of law school there, I saw more and more people wearing faux-hawks and fro-hawks.

I WOULDN'T GO TO THE OFFICE IN IT BUT HEY, IT'S FUN AND CHEEKY AND IF YOU CAN ROCK IT AND MAKE IT LOOK HOT - PROPS TO YOU!
